gpt-image-1 access on azure ai foundry waiting time?

I have submitted a request to access gpt-image-1 on azure ai foundry but am still waiting for a response. It has been at least a few months. can I get an update on when I might be able to deploy this model via Azure Ai ?

    Sometimes, access delays can occur due to quotas, approval processes, or resource availability.
