Postgres flex DB suddenly stopped reporting some metrics (but not all)

I am managing multiple postgres flex DBs across a variety of resources groups. One of them (just one) has suddenly stopped providing any CPU, Memory, and Storage metrics, though it still reports DB connections, throughput, and availability. The DB also is working fine, and connections to it are fine.

The metrics just stopped at 14:00 on 3rd of Aug. At the time, they were reporting very normal rates, nothing unusual.

The missing metric raised an alert, which is the only reason I knew to check (since the DB itself is working normally). I am confused by why it has stopped, and how to get these metrics back.

    Hello Michael Schilder

Following our previous conversation, we've identified that Azure Monitoring metrics are currently not available for the Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server in the Azure portal.

After further investigation, it appears the server itself is operating as expected, and the issue is limited to the metrics display. This disruption stems from a code defect that affects the visibility of metrics for Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server.

The logs will not be populated, as the component that was supposed to collect the logs was not working properly due to code bug and the issue is mitigated by restarting the container.
