    Hi @Pooya Mofrad (Admin)

Thank you so much for your questions! We understand these are important topics, and we're happy to help with the information we have. As a forum moderator, I'm here to share the insights I can based on what’s available. I hope this helps guide you toward the answers you’re looking for.

Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) Licensing

The pricing for Exchange Server SE (Standard Edition) and Client Access Licenses (CALs) for users is determined by Microsoft. As you mentioned, Exchange SE was announced to be available starting August 1st. The specific pricing for the Server License and CALs may vary depending on factors like your organization’s size, current licensing agreement, and the Microsoft partner you work with.

For the most accurate pricing, I’d recommend reaching out directly to Microsoft or an authorized Microsoft reseller. They can provide you with detailed pricing tailored to your needs.

    Exchange 2019 ESU Pricing

Extended Security Updates (ESU) are available for Exchange 2019 once it reaches the end of its regular support lifecycle. The cost of ESU depends on several factors such as the number of licenses and your organization’s requirements.

For accurate ESU pricing, you’ll need to contact Microsoft or an authorized distributor who can offer you a tailored quote based on your needs.

    Connectors after Installing Exchange SE

This is an important question, especially with your organization relying on so many connectors. The good news is that when you install or upgrade to Exchange SE, your existing Send Connectors and Receive Connectors should remain intact and continue to function.

Even so, we always recommend verifying the configurations and performing tests to ensure everything operates as expected. It's also a best practice to back up your configurations and data before making any changes to avoid any potential disruptions.

I hope this helps clarify things for you! If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out. We're always happy to assist.
