How to fully scroll a text box upwards to show all paragraphs in the text box

I have created a text box and added 15 paragraphs of text that i want to scroll upwards from just off the slide while a song plays. The presentation plays first slide very good. The second slide opens and music continues to play as desired but the text box only moves upwards through 2 paragraphs and then it stops. I have tried lots of animation changes but non have worked. I think im just doing something silly thats causing a failure point. Any help would be great. Im creating a sort of Karaoke Song for a crowd of old people to sing along to.

    Hi there,

I’m Cherrelyn, and I’m here to help.

    Please try these suggestion:

    1. Select the text box, then apply a "Line" motion path (Up) from the Animations tab.
    2. Drag the end point of the path completely off the top of the slide to match the full height of all 15 paragraphs.
    3. In the Animation Pane, set the scroll to start "With Previous" so it begins as the slide loads.
    4. Adjust the duration (e.g., 30–60 seconds) to match your song length so the scroll is smooth.
    5. Make sure "Smooth Start" and "Smooth End" are unchecked to ensure constant scroll speed.

I hope this helps, and if you have any questions, feel free to reply to this post.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn

    Hi Mike,

To fix it after applying the Line motion path, drag the red arrow (end point) straight up so it goes far off the slide this controls how far the text scrolls. Set the duration to match your song like 337 seconds, and uncheck "Smooth Start" and "Smooth End" for steady movement. This should scroll all 15 paragraphs smoothly.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn

    Please try these suggestion Instead:

    1. Select the text box and apply Line (Up) animation.
    2. Drag the red arrow far above the slide to scroll all text.
    3. Set Start: With Previous, Duration: 337 seconds, and remove Smooth Start/End.

Going to start over and try smaller font. Seemed to scroll well in small font.
