Laps will certainly help to elevate permissions temporarily. You can enable the UAC prompt for credentials. Have a look at this. https://rahuljindalmyit.blogspot.com/2021/03/intune-uac-elevation-prompt-behavior.html

I recently reset the device and now I'm encountering the message: "This app has been blocked by your system administrator." I'm also unable to run anything as Administrator.
Would creating and applying a LAPS policy help in this situation? Specifically, can I use the LAPS-managed local administrator account to log in and make the necessary changes?
Additionally, what is the best way to trigger an Administrator credentials prompt in this scenario?
Appreciate your guidance on the best approach.
