Cannot Complete Unit 3 Exercise in "Describe Azure compute and networking services"

I receive the following error when I paste the code to create the VM. I have tried multiple browsers, logged out and back in, making sure I only have one browser tab open for Microsoft, and using icognito mode but this error persists.

Please advise.
