Unfortunately, the phone number currently registered for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on the account is outdated, and I no longer have access to it. As a result, I am unable to complete the sign-in process or manage my subscription.

Key details:

Account Type: Azure DevSub (MCT)

Issue: Locked out due to MFA prompt on an old, inaccessible phone number

Action Needed: Reset MFA settings or remove the outdated phone number so I can reconfigure MFA with my current number or the Microsoft Authenticator app

Please let me know if you require any verification or identity confirmation steps to proceed. I would greatly appreciate your prompt support, as access to this subscription is critical to my ongoing training and development tasks.

Thank you for your attention to this matter
