Azure Account - Unable to Access Critical Data

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a critical issue with my Azure account for my company and I’m hoping someone here can offer some guidance. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through regular support channels, we’ve been unable to get meaningful assistance.

Here’s the situation:

  • We were in the middle of migrating over 3PB of media to Azure and setting up CDN services for global distribution
  • Our account was unexpectedly closed, and we’ve had no clear explanation. The data is crucial for our business, but we’ve lost access to it, as our local storage was wiped before verification of transfer. The only copies we have are in Azure’s storage account
  • We’ve opened a support ticket and have provided all required documentation (identification, billing verification, etc.), but we’ve only received templated responses saying that our payment method couldn’t be verified (which was attempted only once and quickly resolved due to a bank issue)
  • We are only seeking read-only access to the files in the storage account

We’ve had no progress after multiple attempts to escalate the issue. Has anyone else dealt with a similar problem? How did you manage to resolve it? Any tips on how to escalate this with Microsoft or get direct support? Thanks in advance for any advice or direction!
