We are almost at the end of our Azure sponsorship in terms of time. We would not have used all our credits. Please advise what happens at that point. Will the Azure subscription just automatically convert into pre-paid? Can we then use savings plans and reservation plans?

at the end of an Azure Sponsorship in terms of time the subscription will be converted to Pay-As-You-Go.
As far as I know there is not option to extend the Azure Sponsorship if the credits expire and there are still credits unused.

a PAYG Azure Subscription will allow savings and reservation plans.
I haven't tried the savings but a customer is using reservations in his Azure PAYG Subscription.
