Since both of your Minecraft accounts are linked to Microsoft emails, and you're unable to access them, I recommend starting with the Account Recovery Form for each email address you believe was used: https://account.live.com/acsr
When filling out the form, try to provide as much accurate information as possible, such as old passwords, folder names, Xbox Live gamertags, or past services linked to those accounts. Even small details can help verify ownership.
