My "unsend" an email, stopped working. It stopped working about a week ago. It is shown on the bottom of the email but when I go to click it, nothing happens. How do I get it to work again? I hit send on an email today, but forgot to delete something. When I went down the page to "unsend", it would not click on even though it was an option on the bottom of the email.

PLEASE HELP!!

    Hi! Please follow this steps:

    1. Go to https://outlook.live.com
    2. Click the gear icon in the upper right to open Settings.
    3. At the bottom of the quick settings panel, click “View all Outlook settings”.
    4. Go to Mail > Compose and reply.
    5. Scroll down to Undo send.
    6. Ensure the slider is enabled and set to a value this is how long the “Unsend” link will appear after you click Send.
    7. Click Save if you made any changes.
