can not delete load balancer.

I'm the owner of the RG that use this load balancer .however, i can't delete it and it has no VMSS attached to it.

I understand that you are trying to delete the load balancer but are unable to do so.

If possible, could you please share the error screen shoot what you are getting while deleting the load balancer time.

Make sure your load balancer is not linked to a private link service or private endpoint connections, as these may block deletion and also check any NSG or health probe are associated.
Please make sure there are no dependencies linked before deleting any resource. If you find any, please remove them and try again.

Please review the activity logs to determine the reason for the operation failure mentioned in the error message during the falling time.

I see that your load balancer's backend is VMSS. First, you'll need to remove the backend pool. Then, you can proceed to remove the rules and the NSG.

After completing these steps, you should be able to delete the load balancer. You won't be able to delete the load balancer without first removing the VMSS from the backend pool.
