Hi,

We have issues with accessing Azure credit.

Will be great if you can provide technical support.

hi clarence! thanks for posting this here ))

so u're having trouble unlocking those azure credits, huh?

microsoft says about checking credit eligibility https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/ea-portal-enrollment-invoices. if u don't see them in the azure portal under 'cost management + billing', they might not be properly linked.

the subscription needs manual activation. go to subscriptions in azure portal, find yours and click 'activate'. if it's grayed out... well that's annoying )) means u might need admin access.

this might help in other tools too - always double check which email u're logged in with. i've wasted hours before realizing i was in wrong tenant... facepalm moment %))

worth looking into azure sponsorship terms https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/mosp-offer-details. credits often have sneaky expiration dates or usage limits.

)))))) clear browser cache or try incognito. sounds dumb but azure portal gets moody sometimes )

if none of this works, u might need to contact support directly. yes it's annoying but they can check backend stuff we can't see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request.

    keep us posted

    Alex
