Surface Pro Won't Go Past Chosing Language During Reset??? What To Do?
I am in need of help... I recently found a Surface Pro 6th Gen at a estate sale. The device is setup for someone with the user name and password needed to access it. But, it wasn't mine and I do not have anything that came with it. I do not know the user name or password so I am stuck. I am trying to make a recovery drive using my other laptop. I've never had to make one before so, will the recovery drive I'm making on my laptop work for resetting the Surface Pro? Does it matter if it was made on the surface pro or another laptop?
I had to purchase a power supply and was able to get it to turn on and when you swipe up to open it, but I don't have the password for the user setup on there.... How do I get the Surface Pro to reset and go back to factory settings? Any help would be great. I'm stuck and need a push in a direction to get this Surface Pro working. Thanks...
