What file system is on this partition? Try to delete partition and install Windows to unpartitioned space.

Unable to partition or use any-----HOWEVER when I removed the " c drive" and read it using a USB adapter, I was able to partition chosing 100Mb. Then, reinstalling into MB I was able to install windows.
