I urgently need help recovering the Storage Account yos17463, which was accidentally deleted on July 17, 2025.

The account contains sensitive and business-critical data. Without it, our company will not be able to continue operating. This is an emergency.

I already tried to restore it through the Azure Portal, but it does not appear in the list of recoverable accounts, even though the deletion occurred less than 17 days ago.

Request:

Please check if the storage account can still be recovered manually.

If possible, recover the entire account and its contents.

If recovery isn't possible, let us know if there’s any other way to access the data (e.g., internal backup, engineering tools, or soft-delete).

Thank you in advance for your urgent support. Please escalate this issue — it’s business-critical.

    Hi,

Since you deleted your storage account more than 14 days ago, you cannot use the Restore deleted account feature.

Did you enable any type of backup on the account?

I recommend you upgrade your Azure support plan to at least Standard if you haven't already, and then create a Severity A (<1 hour response) Technical support case. Once an engineer responds to your case you can ask if there are any options to restore your account.

To upgrade your Azure support plan, please navigate to link below:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/~/supportPlans

After you have upgraded your support plan, please follow instructions in article below to create support request. The process can be confusing, so please follow the article carefully. If you have any issues creating the ticket add a comment below with a screenshot and description and I will guide you.
