Issue Logging In – Account Not in Tenant & Billing Concern
Dear Azure Support Team,
I am trying to log in to my Azure account, but I encountered the following error:
"Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '2c8723-ba8d-423-9fb4-a444905c4' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first."
I would like to understand:
Why this error is occurring and how I can resolve it.
Will this issue or any associated access attempts result in any charges to my credit card?
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know the necessary steps I need to follow.
