Issues with Saving and Printing PDF Documents

When attempting to save documents as PDF or print a PDF file, the actions do not complete successfully. Any suggestions on troubleshooting these issues?

    Open the old Control Panel.

    At the top of the old Control Panel, set View to large icons.

    Open the Programs & Features applet and click 'Turn Windows features on or off' on the left side.

    Uncheck 'Microsoft Print to PDF' in the resulting list and click OK.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC.

    Then go back into those Control Panel settings and re-enable 'Microsoft Print to PDF' and check if that resolves the problem.
