When I try to ask a question, I get an error message. I've tried rewriting the title, I've tried rewriting the body, and nothing seems to work.
Is this a known issue? Why is this broken?

Sign out then sign in again. Then try your post again.
If that has no effect (you posted here okay) then try shortening the title. I've seen another post where this worked for another user.
If it does work then you can come back to this post and report that problem. Perhaps they have restricted the title too much.
I did try logging out and in again.
I did try multiple title and body permutations, and none worked (except, strangely, this meta-post complaining about it)
If title length is a limitation, then the error message should reflect that.
