Thank you.

Hi! Are you part of the Microsoft family? Please try to do this steps from the main account first:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-your-microsoft-365-family-subscription-b389b9ce-3ae3-4a82-9017-39d79972fcba

if that have already been done, please remove the account and then add it again.

Confirm with the main account that the subscription is active here please:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

after all this log out the apps on the device, restart it and then add the account again, be sure to use the email that you registered to share Office 365

    Dear Jesús,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your issues with your Microsoft 265 Family account and subscription, I understand that you are frustrated, but please bear with us, so we could work together and resolve your situation.

In this circumstance, some causes below could bring the issues for your case:

    • Subscription Not Properly Shared: Even if you're in the family group, the subscription owner may not have completed the sharing process.
    • Expired or Revoked Access: If the subscription expired or you were removed and re-added, it can take time for access to sync.
    • Microsoft Account Mismatch: You might be signed in with a different Microsoft account than the one that was invited to the subscription.
    • Temporary Service Glitch: Microsoft has acknowledged that some users in Insider builds or during service updates may see false “no subscription” errors2.

Hence, I would like to share some workaround that I hope it can help you:

    1. Sign Out and Back In
      • Go to office.com
      • Sign out completely, then sign back in with the exact email address that was invited to the family subscription
    2. Check Your Subscription Status
      • Visit Sign in
      • You should see “Microsoft 365 Family” listed under your subscriptions
    3. Ask the Owner to Re-Share
    4. Wait and Refresh
      • After accepting the invite, it can take up to 2 hours for access to sync
      • Try refreshing the page or restarting your device
    5. Contact Microsoft Support
      • If none of the above works, go to Microsoft Support
      • Choose Microsoft 365 and Office > Subscription Issues and request a callback or chat with another person

Please help me update if above workaround could help you, I hope everything is find on your end.

    Sincerely,

Ami - Microsoft Q&A Support Specialist
