Hi,
I have a problem with the New System Properties Card in About this PC is not working or showing. I have Window 10 Pro. I have attached an image from a website showing the feature. I just would like to have that.
Already, reset windows update, re-run Windows update and tried to get the latest update last night. Ran sfc /scannow and DISM commands, still it doesn't show. Please help.

As Neil said, the latest version of Windows 10 OS build is 19045.6159, released on July 22.
Ensure you have all the latest updates installed.
Go to Settings > Windows updates > Check for updates.
Let me know if you still need more help.
