Unable to run the bot in unattended (Failed in creating a session)
Whenever the bot is trying to run in unattended , I am getting this error below
The error that we are getting is (Cannot create a new session to execute unattended run)
After the failure occurs the machine is getting locked, I am using the right credentials as, I am able to login to the machine manually. Few days back we had some changes done in network settings , which might have caused the issue.
As we are trying to find the solution for this issue , we also came across this error is also coming while we are trying to insert the run desktop flow command in cloud flow .
Error says : The Gateway for the desktop flows is no longer supported ,Please switch to direct connectivity .
- We have tried to install the Power automate and power automate runtime machine . The problem still persists.*
I have a few questions :
- Is the issue related to gateway or DNS ?
- Are any firewall settings blocking it ?
- Can you guide us on what parameters the bot makes the connection with the machine ?
- What is exactly happening in the backend .?
- How we can check why the connection was blocked and machine is getting locked ?
Please need your help on this as soon as possible as the bot is in production .
