If your Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription expired, you can reactivate it within 30 days by signing in to admin.microsoft.com > Billing > Your products, then select the expired subscription and click Reactivate.
If it's been more than 30 days, you may need to contact Microsoft support to restore access.
