I am unable to Delete two orphaned SALs on two subnets

I am working on a project involving subnet delegation to power platform. I somehow got my subnets into a state where they allowDelete property for the SAL on 2 of the subnets is set to False so i can not remove them. According to documentation, in this state i need a microsoft engineer to clear the Service Links from the back end. Could someone please assist me on this?

Based on the documentation here
"When you remove the last gateway associated to a gateway/subnet, it might take up to 48-72 hours before you can delete the subnet or VNet."
Can you please let us know if you are still unable to delete the Subnet?
If the deletion is still stuck, can you please share the exact error details here. Thank you!
