I’m really sorry you’re having a hard time getting into your Hotmail / Outlook account.
Because the same thing is happening in different browsers, there’s a good chance Microsoft placed a temporary lock on the account after several sign in tries.
Try clearing the browsing data/cookies in each browser, or just open a private (incognito) window and try to sign in from there.
If it still refuses to let you in, I recommend waiting a couple of hours, if the issue still persists
Try resetting your password.
