Hello,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,
To ensure your Azure credits have been properly applied to your subscription, please sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. On the Home page, look for an "Activate your Azure Account" button. If it's available, click it and follow the steps to complete the activation process. If the button is not visible, it likely means your Azure account has already been activated.
Next, confirm that your Azure subscription type is listed as "Sponsorship", which is required for the Microsoft for Startups credits to apply. If you accidentally created a Pay-As-You-Go subscription, the credits may not be applied automatically.
Refer to the doc, Azure Activation FAQs
If you do not see the correct credit balance in either the Azure portal or the Azure Sponsorships portal, it may be due to a synchronization issue within the Founders Hub. In such cases, or if you're unsure about the subscription setup, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub support for further assistance.
Once activated, you should see a new subscription of type “Azure Sponsorship” in the Subscriptions blade of the Azure portal, not Pay-As-You-Go. Only the Sponsorship subscription draws from your $5,000 credits.
OpenAI Quota Limit:
Azure OpenAI's quota feature enables assignment of rate limits to your deployments, up-to a global limit called your “quota”. Quota is assigned to your subscription on a per-region, per-model basis in units of Tokens-per-Minute (TPM). Your subscription is onboarded with a default quota for most models.
You can request Quota increase in the form below.
