Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
Based on the behavior you mentioned, after a while, your wireless adapter stops being detected by the computer. That's why it appears to be deleting itself. Windows doesn't delete a device without the user's permission.
This can happen due to a software issue (Drivers/BIOS) or a hardware issue with the wireless card itself.
It is necessary to investigate this issue to understand the reason for it.
Please do the following:
The next time your Wi-Fi gets "deleted", do the following before doing anything else. Even restart your PC.
- Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager";
- Click on the "View" menu and select "Show hidden devices";
- Expand "Network adapters";
- If the Wi-Fi adapter is listed, right-click and select "Properties". Check if there is an error in "Device Status". If you see an error under Device Status, please share a screenshot.
- If you can't identify your PC's Wi-Fi adapter, share a screenshot of the network adapters.
- Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool. Or take a picture of the screen using a camera or smartphone and share it.
Also, please share a screenshot of your system information.
(You've already mentioned the manufacturer and model, but some information that might be useful hasn't been covered.)
- Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.
Maximize the window and use the screenshot tool. Or take a picture of the screen using a camera or smartphone and share it.
I await your reply.
