Hi @Vijendra Sharma,
Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the detail.
Based on the information you shared, at this stage, this behavior has not been widely reported, so I would like to work with you to isolate whether the issue is related specifically to the update, the OneDrive app, or system-specific conditions. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Reset the OneDrive app
• Press Windows + R, then type: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
• Press Enter.
• Wait a few minutes. If OneDrive doesn’t restart, run: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe
Kindly refer the official document to have more details: Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support
2. Check OneDrive is enabled on startup
• Open Task Manager.
• Go to the Startup tab.
• Ensure Microsoft OneDrive is Enabled.
3. Reinstall the latest version of OneDrive
• Download the latest installer from: Download OneDrive - Microsoft Support
• Run the installer and complete the setup.
Besides, could you please check if Outlook Web is working correctly on your end?
Please let me know the results of the above steps, and I’ll continue assisting you further. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
