can't get activate my microsoft office home and student 2021

I can't get activate my Microsoft office home and student 2021 in my laptop as I purchased it with my laptop.

Also I don't know which account is register with that purchased. As I checked i use this account for my purchase.

    I understand that you're having trouble on activating your subscription.

    Sometimes, incorrect date and time settings can interfere with the activation servers:

    • In Windows, go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & time. Make sure "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically" are turned on. Click "Sync now" to be sure.

    To activate your subscription: Activate an Office purchase or offer that's included on a new Windows device

    But first, you need to find the correct Microsoft Account by going to http://account.microsoft.com/services then sign in your Microsoft account you believe you used. Look under the "Products you've purchased" section. You should see Office Home & Student 2021 listed there if this is the correct account. If not, try other email accounts you may have used.

    Once you've confirmed which account holds the license, but the apps still won't activate, contact Microsoft support directly:

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft and sign in your account, then choose Microsoft 365 or Office.
    2. Type Can't activate Office in the search box.
    3. Click Get help and Select Contact Support.
    4. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office as Products and Services; and Activate my product as Category
    5. Click Confirm.
    6. You can choose to chat with a support representative.

    Note: The chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
