I need a way to monitor and read emails from a specific mailbox on an internal Microsoft Exchange Server within my organization. This includes the ability to access the sender's email address, subject line, message content, and download any attachments if present.

What’s the most effective approach to achieve this?

    Hi @gine ahmedli

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A.

Based on your description, we understand that you have considered to monitor and got content from specific mailbox on Exchange Server. We are glad to assist you this part.

I have found a relevant article that might help:

Search message tracking logs | Microsoft Learn

This can help you extract email metadata such as the sender, recipient, subject, and timestamps. However, retrieving the actual message content or downloading attachments may be limited due to privacy and security restrictions.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
