Surface doesn't pick any networks to connect to, despite having been connected previously in the last week

My Surface Pro 4 won't recognize much less connect to any network or mobile hotspot and I can't update the drivers without internet connection. How do i get my laptop to find the network again?

    Thank you for reaching us. I want to confirmed your concern regarding your Surface Pro 4 unable to connect to any network. Unable to update driver without internet connections. We will make sure to help you with this problem. Please follow this steps below.

    ENTER UEFI ON SURFACE PRO CHECK NETWORK SETTINGS

    Step 1: Power Off Your Surface Pro 4

    (Check if Surface is completely shut down).

    Step 2: Press and Hold the Volume Up Button

    Step 3:Keep holding the Volume Up button on the side of the device.

    Step 4: Press and Release the Power Button

    (While still holding Volume Up, press and release the Power button).

    Step 5: Wait for the UEFI Screen, Continue holding Volume Up until the UEFI (BIOS) screen appears.

    Step 6: On the UEFI screen select > Device Configuration

    Step 7: Select Wi-Fi > Check if Wi-Fi is enable or disable

    (make sure it is enable).

    Step 8: Save and Exit

    Step 9: Check Wi-Fi connection again

    If problem occurs try next step below

    CHECK NETWORK ADAPTER FOR WIRELESS IF ENABLE / DISABLE

    Step 1: Tap Start / Window button

    Step 2: Tap Network and Internet

    Step 3: Tap Network and Sharing Center

    Step 4: Tap Change Adapter settings (Left side)

    Step 5: Check if Wi-FI adapter Ethernet (Realtek Adapter) is enable

    Step 6: Check Wi-Fi connection again

    If problem occurs try next step below

    RESET NETWORK USING WINDOWS

    Step 1: Tap Start / Window button

    Step 2: Settings

    Step 3: Network and Internet

    Step 4: Advance Network Settings

    Step 5: Network Reset

    Step 6: Network Reset

    Step 7: Restart device

    Step 8: Check Wi-Fi connection again

    If problem occurs try next step below

    RENEW / RELEASE IP using WINDOWS COMMAND PROMPT

    Step 1: Tap Start / Window button

    Step 2: type "run"

    Step 3: Run Window will prompt > type "CMD" > Press Enter

    Step 4: Black screen will popped up for CMD

    enter the ff:

    A. IPONCFIG /RELEASE > then Press Enter > Once Done

    B. IPCONFIG /RENEW > then Press Enter > Once Done

    C. NETSH INT IP RESET > then Press Enter > Once Done

    Step 5: Restart Surface Device

    Step 6: Check Wi-Fi connection again

    If problem occurs try next step below

    PURCHASE / GET TYPE C TO ETHERNET PORT

    You can Purchase Type C cable to ETHERNET port. You can purchase this in Microsoft Store other online store like Amazon, Ebay. Also local store like Walmart or any Electrical stores.

    Once you avail the Type C to Ethernet port. Connect this to your Surface Pro 4 then connect the Ethernet cable to the other end. Check your Connection again
