Sharepoint Newsletter to Outlook email issues

When attempting to share an email of a newsletter from Sharepoint to Outlook, it seems the first text box in the newsletter appears in very small fonts at the start of the email above the newsletter. It's happening for all my newsletters I've tested. I don't have a text web part in the doc but cannot find a way to remove from the email. Any ideas why this is occurring?
