i need Help with getting stolen microsoft account back

so my son recently got his account stolen and the person who stolen it has change the e-mail . we have prove of purchase´s being made by us but when we fill every information we can into the account recovery form it give the same reply every time and thats that they cant recover his account due to not having enough prove of him being the real owner
