If you can’t open your Excel or Word files, first check if you're signed in with the correct Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com. You might be signed out, or your Microsoft 365 subscription may have expired. Also, make sure you're connected to the internet if your files are saved in OneDrive.
Do you see any error message when trying to open the files? That will help figure out the exact cause.
