Something happened to my tenant primary account - cant do anything

Hi,
i'm not sure where to post this, but im having issues once i login to the tenant with my primary account..
I mistakenly converted the primary tenant account to an internal user then i wasnt able to do anything, not even submit a support request as attached.
How to contact Microsoft support via email? or what to do?
