How to get a useful answer from the Microsoft Q & A?
In all the years I've been in this field (almost 30 now) and tried using the Microsoft Q&A (as long as they have appeared in search results) I have very very rarely received anything useful in resolving an issue. The response is often that we need to get with our administrator or try a different browser. Given the global impact Microsoft has in the daily lives of 8 billion people it seems to me that you could come up with a useful resource to deal with problems. If not, use AI to remove Microsoft Q&A from any search results so I don't waste my time clicking the links only to realize it is yet another useless article with no help.
