Node pool creationg in batch account doesn't complete with "Starting" status

Hello, I made batch account in a user subscription mode. Creating batch account was normally done. After that, I tried to create a node pool but node creation doesn't finish with "Starting" status. What is preventing node creation? The quota for VM is sufficient. Please let me know how to fix this issue. (image pool_status.pdf)

    Hi System Administrator

    Could you please check the following things:

    • Ensure the VM family quota is available in the region where the Batch account is deployed.
    • Check if the Batch account Managed Identity has at least Contributor role at the subscription or resource group level.
    • Also go to pool activity log to check the errors.
