I am unable to activate my office 2024

I purchased office 2024 through group and activated on my other machine but that laptop is no more working so i bought a new laptop and installed office 2024 but the product is not activating due to multiple installations, so please help.

    I am sorry for the circumstance you have met, I am acknowledged that you have issued with your Office 2024 after several installations.

    If you would like to reactivate your Office license on this device due to a configuration change, or transfer your Office license to this device, please select the contact support to transfer your license to this device link from the This product is already installed on another device window.

    For your reference: This product is already installed on another device - Microsoft Support

    If you cannot contact them via page, please use an available personal Microsoft account to contact an online agent via this link: Contact - Microsoft Support

    • Type in the box "This product is already installed on another device", select "Office 2024"

    • You could consider to following instruction for some workaround
    • Scroll down to the bottom, you can see the "Contact Support" option to contact online support via chat

    • Make sure you log in with your personal account.
    • Under Products and Services, select "Microsoft 365 and Office".
    • Under Categories, select "Download and Install" and click Confirm.
    • Click on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
