My name is Vu Minh Khang, and I am currently a student at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (Hanoi) in Vietnam.

When I attempted to register for the "Azure for Students" program, my application was denied, and I received the final error message: "You're not eligible for an Azure free account."

I believe the root cause of this issue stems from the address verification step. To provide context, Vietnam is currently undergoing an administrative restructuring process, which involves merging some provinces. During the registration, I entered my address according to the new, post-merger administrative structure. I suspect that your global verification system may not have been updated with these recent changes, causing my address to be unrecognized and leading to the verification failure.

I want to assure you that I am a fully eligible student for this program. I am more than willing to provide any necessary documentation (student ID, enrollment letter, etc.) and cooperate with a manual verification process to prove my status.

Could you please look into my specific case and guide me on the necessary steps to complete my registration?
