How to delete AZURE BLOB storage with immutable storage enabled

I am aware I have immutable WORM policy setup for this storage account. I wanted it to be difficult to delete. I have setup a new storage account for this backup. Now that it's been more than 30 days since I phased it out I want to delete the storage account. I was told from another Microsoft support rep that I needed to file another ticket to complete this process. I paid for support so I could file a ticket but the support portal will not give me the option.

I understand you have a storage account with an immutable WORM policy that you want to delete after the 30-day phase-out period.
Firstly, check that all blobs in the storage account have passed their retention periods ensure no legal holds are still active on any containers:
- Navigate to "Containers". Select each container and go to its "Immutability policy" section. Look for any "Legal hold" status. If a legal hold is present, you must first clear the legal hold.
Posh which Try deleting individual containers to confirm retention periods have expired If containers can be deleted, the storage account should be deletable.
However, to investigate further could you please provide me the details mentioned in the private message.

2025-07-29T17:53:35.01+00:00 I have no legal hold on my storage account or containers. I tried to delete again and I get the message:
Failed to delete containers xxx. The storage account xxx container xxx is protected from deletion due to ImmutableStorageWithVersioning.
