Hello,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
This is a known visual display bug that occasionally affects a small number of accounts. The "0.00gb" value you are seeing is incorrect and does not reflect your actual storage limit.
If your mailbox storage was truly zero, you would be unable to send or receive any messages. This issue is almost always a temporary glitch where the user interface fails to pull the correct storage information from the backend servers. Your actual 50 GB mailbox quota is safe.
Often, these visual bugs resolve themselves within a few days to a week as Microsoft's systems run their regular maintenance and synchronization tasks. In the meantime,
- Go to Microsoft Account Services and confirm that your Microsoft 365 Family subscription is active and properly assigned to your account.
- And try to sign in to Outlook.com, go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > General > Storage, and verify if the storage display matches your subscription.
- Sometimes display errors are caused by cached data. Try accessing your account from a different browser or device.
Let me know if you need further assistance
