how to acess my account when verification method isnt working and account recovery has not worked either

Forgotten my password to email account and tried to reset, I then had verification method failed and said it is not working right now try another method

I must have locked my account so I waited a few days to try again and I have then followed the steps to recover my email and It said I would hear a response but not 1 successful I have created another email temporarily but hard nothing

Please help I want to recover my email address I have lost access to everything
