    Dear Cash Cater

Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A. I'm Haien from Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that when you try to launch Copilot Vision, it immediately ends with an error message saying, "We couldn't continue your call," and sometimes it crashes entirely. This is a frustrating problem that prevents you from using a core feature of Copilot. I'd be happy to help you figure out what's causing this and how to fix it.

Here are some steps to try and fix this:

Solution 1: Check your internet connection

    • Ensure you have a stable, high-speed connection. Test it by opening other online services and restart your router if needed.
    • Avoid using a VPN, as it can interfere with Copilot Vision’s server communication.

Solution 2: Reset the Copilot App

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Find "Copilot" in the list > Click the three dots next to it > select "Advanced options." > Scroll down to the "Reset" section > click "Repair."
    • If that doesn't work, go back and click "Reset."
    • Restart your PC and try to launch Copilot Vision again.

    Solution 3: Run Windows Troubleshooter

    • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

Solution 4: Perform a Clean Boot

    • Press Windows Key + R > type msconfig, and press Enter.
    • Go to the "Services" tab > check the box for for "Hide all Microsoft services." > Click "Disable all."
    • Go to the "Startup" tab > click "Open Task Manager." > Disable all startup items.
    • Restart your PC. If Copilot Vision now works, a background program was the cause. You can then re-enable them one by one to find the culprit.
