I just bought Office Home for my iPad. How can I install this? It is not working for me right now..

Hi Kirsten, No worries, I’ll help you sort it out. First, go to the App Store on your iPad and download the Microsoft Office apps you need, like Word, Excel, or the all-in-one Office app. Once installed, open any of them and sign in using the same Microsoft account you used when you bought Office Home.

Hi Randy, thanks for your reply. This is exactly what I did but its not helping. The office subscription (family or personal) are indeed possible to use if I want to but the Office Home not.. And I just bought the Home version and not the yearly subscription options.

Thanks for the update, Kirsten. Office Home (or Home & Student) is a one-time purchase meant for Windows or Mac, not iPads. That’s why it doesn’t unlock premium features on mobile only Microsoft 365 subscriptions (Family or Personal) work fully on iPads, which explains why your license isn’t working there.
