I am experiencing a problem signing into my personal Microsoft account on PowerPoint installed on my laptop. I recently purchased this laptop in order to work on my files more comfortably than using my iPad or phone.
I am using a personal account without any paid subscription features, simply for regular work purposes. However, when I try to sign in to PowerPoint on the laptop, it says that my subscription has expired and that I need to renew. Since my account does not include any paid services, I am confused — what exactly do I need to renew?
I also tried reinstalling PowerPoint, but it did not resolve the issue. I even took the device to an electronics repair shop, where they installed an older version of Microsoft Office, but the issue still persists.
