Hi @Ayush Katiyar ,

there are some limitations for a free Azure account:

The Azure Terms of Use agreement limits free trial activation only for a user that's new to Azure. If you had any other type of Azure subscription, you can't activate a free trial.

The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct. The credit card information is correct. You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

In these cases you could get the message "You are not eligible for an Azure subscription" .

Dear Microsoft Azure Support Team member,

I recently tried to sign up for a free Azure account using the email address ******@hotmail.com and encountered an error message stating, "You're not eligible for an Azure free account."

I believe this may be a mistake and would like to request a review of my account eligibility. I have not previously signed up for an Azure free account.

Please let me know if there is any additional information or documentation required from my side to resolve this issue. I'm happy to provide any necessary verification.
