Windows 11 Pro will not update to 24H2

My computer will not update to 24H2. I am assuming that there is a "safeguard hold" on it. KB5006965 says that I might see a message telling me that the update is "on its way" and click to learn more including a link to the holdup.…

6)Today Q&A member points were increased with MicrosoftAnswers points. In MicrosoftAnswers I'd asked about point conversion and no mathematical point conversion method was reported. I'd also asked about point dilution. There was incomplete information.

On Q&A I had previously worked with a Microsoft employee and we communicated by email. Together we were able to fix problems.

My MicrosoftAnswers points were 300.

If the conversion is 75 points per answer that is 22,500 points.
If the number of years is 13 what is the conversion?

The points do not display reputation points on Q&A separately from MicrosoftAnswers

On Microsoft Technet I was in the top 1%.

On Microsoft Q&A I was a community expert in 7 tags.

On Microsoft Q&A I started with 0 points and in 13 months was in the top 100 members.

This top 100 included Microsoft employees and MVPs.

It was top 15 members without Microsoft employees and MVPs.

These are not displayed.

Please provide a Microsoft Employee contact that can troubleshoot reputation points so that my years of contributions in MicrosoftAnswers are recognized as points and badges and are not diluted.
