My Disk/HDD is appearing or showing with a "?" Icon in quick access not in This PC. It is also not visible in Disk Manager. I'm hence unable to use that disk can anyone help me solve this issue?

If you can't see the disk in Disk Manager, this suggests a defective unit.
When was the last time you could use it?
