We have already enabled the geo-redundant backups for the database, With that we tried to restore the backup into different region and we were not able to the deployment took nearly 40 minutes and ended up giving the error -

If this was the issue with SKU, We have tried to restore the backup again in different time during that time we were able to restore the database withing 10 minutes. As this has caused the critical down time unavailability of the ENV, We want a RCA for the above issue as we tried with different time we were able to restore. FYR - We have tried the above cmd which was provided to check the SKU per region and we getting the below output.
