I get an Error 0x0 when I try to authorize my OneNote apps on MacOS. I've rebooted the device, I've updated the software and I can access OneNote on my other Macbook and online.

    Hi Rich,

Thanks for reaching out. The 0x0 error usually means there's a problem with OneNote's local sign-in on your Mac. Since it works on your other devices, try these steps on the Mac that’s giving the error:

    Try This:

    Sign Out and Back In
Open OneNote > Sign Out, then close the app and sign back in.

    Clear Keychain Entries

Open Keychain Access (use Spotlight to search)

Search for "OneNote" or "Microsoft Office"

    Delete any related entries

Restart OneNote and try signing in again

    1. Reset the App (Optional)
      Go to: ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.onenote.mac
Move this folder to the Trash, then reopen OneNote and sign in again.

Let me know if you need help with any step!

    Best,
    Marie
